large room perfect cleanness friendly staff
The room was quite large and offered perfect cleanness. The staff members were friendly and seemed willing TO help. The gym had good equipment and the pool facilities were in excellent condition.
The hotel's location wasn't suitable for visiting the old town, and the street was quite congested.

The staff was attentive from arrival to departure. The front desk provided quick check-in. The housekeeping staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness. The restaurant servers were always ready to assist and ensure a smooth dining experience.
The selection of English channels available on the tv was limited.

a satisfactory visit
indonesian choices airport rides
the breakfast had many options. i saw western and traditional indonesian choices. ardita and jimmy, breakfast staff members, were very cute. the staff helped set up rides to and from the airport.
the bathroom had a bad cigarette smell.
